What can I do to save my goldfish?

My goldfish is swimming sideways, losing scales, and turning white on the bottom. She lives in a tank with other mates but they dont pick at her. I put her into another "hospital" tank, but she doesnt improve. Of course, its only been a couple of hours but I believe she'll be gone by tomorrow. Any reasons why she's like this and how can I save her?
