Fake blood stains! ? Help?

Me and my mate were pratting about on chatroulette so we decided to cover my face in fake blood and pretend she had killed me LOL anyway when I went to wash it all off it had completely stained my face and hands and it said not to be taken internally, I think I accidentally got some up my nose tho as I keep sneezing. Am I in danger? Or am I just being a hypercondriac? Btw I managed to get most o the stains off my face but my hands are feeling really dry and are still stained :(
