Best romance anime you would suggest. Similar to chobits?

Okay so I just got done watching chobits and I freaking loved it, except the ending was kind of weird and I wish it showed a bit more of what happened after also wasn't clear on somethings... ANYWAY! Tell me what you guys think the BEST romance anime is, just list top 3 please and give each a rating from 1-10. Also rate chobits if you have seen it so I know where it stands in comparison. No long lists please. Something mature would be nice too. Action is good, but not too much. Etchii is okay also I'm an 18 year old male. Male POV would be nice.
